Why is it so many restaurants insist on putting pictures of their food on their menus. Food was not meant to be photographed. It was meant to be eaten. "Salt and Pepper" on 33rd St. in Manhattan not only post photos of its food inside the restaurant, they seem to think this outdoor advertising will draw folks in. I don't know about you, but not much on that menu board looks very enticing. Asian restaurants are the biggest culprit. Someone must have told them Americans like to see what the food looks like before they eat it. This place happens to be a Pakistani/Indian restaurant.
