Some people are of the belief, that dogs are SUPPOSED to live outside. They're animals, right? This lady in Wisconsin believed it too, as the mercury dipped below freezing. Unable to move because, he was so overweight, the dog froze to the sidewalk in front of the lady's home. "Jiffy" was stuck there for 12 hours before rescue crews could get him free. Watch the video. Why is it so many restaurants insist on putting pictures of their food on their menus. Food was not meant to be photographed. It was meant to be eaten.
