Just wanted everyone to know that you can support our U.S troops here and abroad during a rock and roll fundraiser at Peggy O'Neills in Coney Island On Saturday, May 3.. "Rocking for our troops," is a seven hour extravaganza of live bands, starting at 2pm. This isn't the first time the owners of Peggy O'Neills have gotten involved with the community. In past, they've held fundraisers for Tsunami victims in Indonesia and they've raised money for the international aid group, UNICEF. Oh, did I tell you that all of the bands performing on this Saturday hail from Bat Ridge, Brooklyn. Peggy O'Neills is on Surf Avenue in Coney Island right next to the baseball stadium and there's a suggested $15 donation at the door.
